Seeding comes from the qualifying run, not from one fast lap: most laps wins, and on equal laps the quicker time wins. Every figure in a row describes that one run — the driver’s best completed qualifier — rather than their best lap from one heat and their best average from another. Heats are not raced against each other, so a heat win is not a class result.

Each main is listed as its own race, from first, so the C, the B and the A each read the way they finished. The quickest lap of the round is highlighted. Overall is where that finish put a driver across the whole class, which is what the championship scores off. Lower mains run first and the top two bump up a main at a time, so a driver who moved up is listed twice — in the race he won his way out of, and in the one he went on to run. His overall position and his points sit on the higher of the two, because that is the finish that counted.
- 1stPaxton Gage 100 pts
Only one car in the building qualified quicker on outright pace, and Hendrick Westmoreland's 14.873 to Gage's 15.009 turned out to be worth exactly nothing once the A-main lights went green. Nineteen laps in 5:11.046 with a 16.384 average and 94.28% consistency is the profile of a man who never gave the timing loop anything to gossip about. He'd already put 19 laps on the board winning Q3H2, so the speed was banked long before the race that counted.
- 2ndC4 96 pts
Charlie Kleinhagen, C4 on the timing sheet, qualified fifth on pace at 15.462 and then found seven tenths of average lap time when it mattered - 17.344 in the qualifiers, 16.657 in the A. Consistency climbed too, 90.39% to 91.34%, which is the boring, profitable way to move up the order. Eighteen laps and a 15.506 best, five thousandths off the winner's fastest, from a driver who has been putting laps in at HobbyPlex as well.
- 3rdMathew Schroeder 94 pts
Something happened out there and the numbers refuse to say what. Fourth on qualifying pace with a 15.390 and 86.44% consistency, he came out of the A-main with the same 18 laps as the car ahead of him but a 19.139 average and 70.73% consistency, comfortably the scrappiest run of anyone on the podium. Winning Q2H2 with 18 laps proved the car was hooked up; the main suggests he spent a good chunk of it pointing the wrong way and still salvaged 94 points, and a driver who also races HobbyPlex clearly knows how to bank a result from a messy night.
- 4thWayne Schroeder 92 pts
Third quickest across qualifying at 15.262 with a tidy 94.45%, capped by a 19-lap Q2 win in the first heat, and then he threw down the second-fastest lap of the A-main at 15.373. The consistency is where the afternoon leaked away: 94.45% in the qualifiers became 85.06% in the main, and an average lap a full second slower. Same lap count as the two cars ahead, just a fraction over a second adrift on the clock.
- 5thHendrick Westmoreland 90 pts
Nobody else broke into the 14s in qualifying. A 14.873, a 15.819 average and 95.31% consistency made him the fastest thing in the building on pace, with heat results of P1, P2 and P2 to match. Then the A-main handed him 17 laps, a 17.831 average and 88.92%, two laps down on the winner and four places light of where the stopwatch said he belonged. The 15.484 best in the main says the car still had it; the two-second swing in average lap says he wasn't getting to use it.
- 6thVaughn Vance 88 pts
Here is the lap of the night and it belongs to a car that finished sixth: 14.982 in the A-main, quicker than any other lap turned in the mains and six tenths better than his own 15.579 qualifying best. Close enough to the rest of the field to be a real lap rather than a transponder having a moment, and far enough from the rest of his own run to be maddening, because an 18.236 average and 80.28% consistency means one gorgeous lap and a lot of scenery. He'd won Q1H2 with 18 laps, so the pace was never in doubt.
- 7thChris Camara 86 ptsbumped up
Eighth on qualifying pace at 15.800, and the 15-lap qualifiers were doing him no favours until Q3, where 17 laps and P2 in the heat showed the car coming to him. Sixteen laps in the A with a 16.166 best and 83.28% consistency is a solid, unspectacular afternoon at the back of the A-main. That is the sort of thing that quietly turns into 86 points.
- 8thHenry Ballew 84 ptsbumped up
Qualifying was a steady climb, 14 laps then 15 then 16 and P3 in Q3, even if the 16.400 best only put him ninth on pace. Fifteen laps in the A with a 16.950 fastest and 86.94% consistency, though the 20.482 average is most of a second slower than the 19.625 he had been running in the heats. He finishes the day inside the A-main on a night when 12 cars showed up.
- 9thJagger Vance 82 pts
Two of his three qualifying runs were three laps long, which is the most misleading thing on his sheet, because three laps of arithmetic will tell you anything you want to hear. What's real is 17 laps in the B, three more than he managed in his only complete qualifier, with a 16.358 best that beats his 16.792 qualifying pace. The 78.16% consistency is what a genuinely busy run looks like, and it still got him into the overall top nine.
- 10thAlbert Bredernitz 80 pts
Slowest on pace of the 12 cars that turned a qualifying lap at 18.799, so there was nowhere to go but forward, and forward he went: 18.167 in the B is six tenths quicker than anything he found in qualifying. Fifteen laps at 90.92% consistency is metronomic by the standards of the back half of this class. Nothing dramatic, no mistakes, 80 points in the bank.
- 11thRussell Rima 78 pts
Fourteen laps in the B is exactly what he did in all three qualifiers, which is either admirable repeatability or a car that has found its ceiling. Consistency jumped from 88.45% in the heats to 90.67% in the main and the 21.395 average is a shade better than his qualifying 21.482, so the trend is the right way even if the clock isn't. He's on the board with 78 points and a full set of completed runs, which not everyone can say.
- 12thWilliam Schroeder 76 pts
A 96.46% consistency figure was the best produced by anybody here who ran three qualifiers to full distance, and it arrived with 19-lap runs in Q1 and Q3H2 and a 15.466 best that put him sixth on pace. The combined order then places him at the very bottom of it with no main-event figures recorded against his name at all, which is a long way from where three tidy qualifiers had him pointed. Seventy-six points is the smallest score anybody banked on the night, and it is exactly the sort of round that becomes a candidate for the drop the moment the series' single discard arrives at Round 3.
This list runs in overall order rather than by main — the A-main, then the B, then the C, as one continuous run — and a driver who bumped up appears once in it, at the better of his two finishes. The table above has each main as its own race.
Championship after Round 1
Twelve cars opened the Sizzling Summer account and Paxton Gage walked out with the maximum 100, having been beaten on outright qualifying pace by exactly one man and by nobody at all when it counted. Hendrick Westmoreland was that man, with the only 14-second lap of the qualifiers, 95.31% consistency and a fifth place the stopwatch will be arguing about for a while. Charlie Kleinhagen took 96 for second in the car the sheet lists as C4, Mathew Schroeder dragged a 70.73%-consistency run to third, and Vaughn Vance owns the quickest lap of the mains at 14.982 from sixth. With one of six dates done, everybody sits on a single start and a single score, so the table is simply the finishing order. This series has one drop and it does not arrive until Round 3, so nothing is being discarded yet.
Through Round 1 the drop rule has nothing to take away yet, so both columns match.
